Is boruto better than naruto shippuden. Character development in Naruto each character has strong goals and desires to become ninja and also the characters have powerful past but. Im not completely sure about those natures but Im like 85 sure He has more motivation than Naruto. It brought me out of a really hardcore time when I was younger.
